Location and great access to shops

The room is so dated. It needs to be refurbished.

Location was the best and the view from the room was almost unbeatable

Quoting one price on check in for late check out then adjusting that.

Great location, 1 minute walk from the station, one stop from Yokohama station. Customer services were superb. Clean room and great view of Mount Fuji. Many restaurants and stores are easily walkable distance. This is our second time to stay.

Location is exceptional. Close to everything.

The room is small. If you stay city view side, you would hear the train noise a little bit.

Spacious room, located just opposite Sakuragicho Station and Yokohama Air Cabin (modern cable car) Station. Good view from the restaurant and the hotel room.

Booked room for 3 persons but noticed that it's a room with extra bed and with an odd placement of the bed.

Near the station and convenient. I like the buffet breakfast it was all delicious.

Great location, there is a 7-Eleven right by the front door, and Sakuragicho Station is just across the road. The room is tiny, so if you have large luggage it might feel a bit cramped. The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is self-service, you manage your own luggage with QR code access and set your own locker number. Very convenient.

Check in lobby is so crowded, they should minimize the ones occupying the sofa looks untidy

Average size room with outstanding view of the bay. Nearby train station. Wonderful neighborhoodon the other side of the freeway. Within walking distance of Chinatown, the baseball stadium, anda local park.

Everything was fine. Don't recall any spa, hot tub or onsenon the premise.

It is not my first time here, I always book this hotel for at least one night when visiting Japan. It has the most amazing view at night! It is easy to reach the hotel from Haneda airport, even by taxi when arriving late at night or by bus/train. It is located near Sakuragicho Station, so it is very easy to get around. It is convenient for tourists since many things are within walking distance: the cup noodles museum, the pier, the park, etc. The price was, however, much higher than usual. It is not a great thing to travel alone and pay just as much for a room as for two people.

The breakfast is expensive, never tried it... They could make it more affordable.

It was dirty. There was used stuff on the floor. I stepped on it in the middle of the night. I booked the room for the view as well and the window was dirty so we could not enjoy the view. I showed the receptionist the used items we found in the room and she told me to write the room number down. I’m not sure what she did with the paper because she was talking to someone else the entire time she was talking to us and her answer to all our questions was “sorry”. We just left really confused.

Location was great!

I booked 3 rooms for my family! It was under same name and they wanted to register three rooms under different names on arrival ! The process was overwhelming..why it is reservable in same name if not supposed to checkin! Sould have asked in advance. It was for my family, does name even matters? I reserve, I paid and what is the point on registering room on different names?

Location, clean, convenient.

The location is excellent and the access facilities in and out of the hotel are very good.

The room was very tight for space with large suitcases and the furnishings are tired.

There was a 711 near front door. Sakuragicho Station was just across the road. Highly recommend Pepper Lunch across the road.Great City view of ferris wheel. Pillows and bed were comfortable. The room was tiny with a Double Bed and soon got used to it.Staff was friendly and helpful with a lovely smile ??☺️

I couldn’t open the window from fresh air. I was on the 9th floor.
